12 Days of Christmas, Day Thirteen *BONUS DAY*



FAVORITE COOKIE RECIPE

Easiest Snickerdoodles Ever
This recipe is almost cheating, but who doesnt love a short-cut in the kitchen to save a little bit of valuable time.

2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Yellow Cake Mix Box
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a bowl combine vanilla extract, dry cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended. Combine sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Form cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack.

 Chocolate Kiss-Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups Bisquick
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Sugar
36 Foil-Wrapped Hersheys Kisses, any flavor

Heat oven to 375-degrees. Mix milk and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in baking mix and vanilla. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms of cookies just begin to brown. Immediately press chocolate into top of each cookie.
